Since the phone is dead, you actually have to force it into BROM Mode:
Turn off the phone if it’s on.
Hold down the Volume Down and Power buttons (or Volume Up + Volume Down + Power on some models).
Go on to connect the phone to the PC via USB while the buttons are still pressed.
Let go of the buttons when the PC sees the phone (a new COM port shows in Device Manager).
5. Start Flashing the Boot Image
In SP Flash Tool, Click the “Download” button.
Wait until the flash is completed (green checkmark appears).
Remove the phone and press the Power button to start it.

What If Phone Still Does Not Start?
If it happens that the above method won’t work, here are some factors one might want to consider:
✔ Flash Preloader & Boot Files- Sometimes, preloader can be bad.
✔ Firmware Upgrade Mode- This is better than Download Only in SP Flash Tool.
✔ Full Flashdown if boot.img fails alone, just make sure to save from NVRAM first.
✔ Check Battery & Hardware-Ensure the Battery is not Empty or Broken.
